**Acknowledgment of Risks** I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older and wish to participate in the EmpowerMEN event at GPS Watermark Restaurant, which may include various water activities. I understand that participation in these activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, drowning, and other injuries that may occur while participating in water events. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation. **Release of Liability** In consideration of being allowed to participate in the EmpowerMEN event, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Threshing Floor Church, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents (collectively referred to as "the Church") from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or my property while participating in the event. **Compliance with Rules** I agree to comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the Marina and the event organizers. I understand that failure to comply with these rules may result in my removal from the event. **Medical Treatment** In the event of an emergency, I authorize the Church to secure any necessary medical treatment for me. I understand that I am responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation in this event. **Acknowledgment of Understanding** I have read this waiver and release of liability form fully understand its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law. *
